When my mother-in-law Gabrielle passed away, I resumed the holiday tradition she had established with her family and have been cooking fruit cakes for several years as gifts. Young, active retiree, I share my passion for fruit cakes by operating this small manufacturing company since 2014.
I am determined to offer my customers a quality product that is good for their health, which is why my cakes contain mostly dried fruit and I use butter and olive oil rather than trans fats. I also attach great importance to the packaging so that the cakes can easily be given as a gift.
Obviously, my mother-in-law's recipe has been modernized but what has remained is the pride and love of offering a quality product, this is nourishing and with a delicious aroma reminiscent of the holidays.
